Our insulated panels are manufactured using polyurethane foam—this rigid type of plastic offers optimal structural integrity and is proven to be highly thermally efficient. By applying polyurethane foam insulation, IPS panels achieve exceptional R-Values.

In addition, IPS panels are factory foamed in-place. This process of injecting the foam into panels so that it bonds to the metal skins is hugely significant. Some manufacturers adhere a pre-manufactured foam core to a metal skin. Our factory foamed process is very effective and ultimately enhances the endurance of each panel.
