WS Construction Offices
PROJECT TYPE: Commercial/Office
LOCATION: Versailles, Kentucky
BUILDER: Woodford Steel
Special Features:
The office structure is a pre-engineered steel building by Metallic Building Company. The exterior is clad with the energy efficient IPP 200 panel from IPS with a “custom matched” factory applied textured finish. This tough, long lasting, weather-resistant applied surface provides a pleasing architectural look combined with the strength of a steel substrate. |

Fort Drum Base
PROJECT TYPE: Government/Institutional
LOCATION: Fort Drum, New York
BUILDER: Structural Associates
Special Features:
The Fort Drum project is comprised of several buildings that are used as helicopter hangars and vehicle maintenance facilities. The building frames are a combination of Metallic pre-engineered product and structural steel. The designers chose the high-performance, architecturally pleasing ESP 300 wall panel, which was used in conjunction with a custom designed 36” flat panel. Both panels provide an R24 insulating value and feature an attractive custom color Kynar paint finish, that is low gloss and stucco-embossed. |

The London Bridge Trading Company

Special Features:
The London Bridge Trading Company structure uses both the ESP 300 and ESP 500 Rockwall panel. Designed to serve dual roles as an office and a manufacturing structure, the superior insulating qualities of the building help to provide consistently efficient in-place operating costs. At the same time, the building achieves the aesthetically pleasing look of granite at a fraction of the cost. |
